Welcome To Uganda jobline job site

I would like to intoroduce www.ugandajobline.com to you all.
www.ugandajobline.com is Uganda's first employment website. We are committed to providing state-of-the-art online recruitment solutions to both Jobseekers and Employers.
UgandaJobline operates from Kampala City, but offers National and International coverage through our website, to both Jobseekers and Employers. It employs highly dedicated and experienced individuals to power its services.

Employers can search our database of people who have years of experience behind them and are willing to work! Employers can also offer work right here on the site.

For international visitors - This site has resources available with valuable experience. An excellent source of manpower to start up a business or a joint venture.

Our goals:

  • To serve the Ugandan Job market effectively through the Internet.
  • To get requests from employers to post their companies' job vacancies online
  • To attract several job applicants to our job site and get them to apply for the jobs posted online

UgandaJobline has two main target markets in the space that it operates in.

The online Jobseeker, with services such as:

  • Free CV/Resume Posting
  • CV/Resume Posting
  • Online CV/Resume Edit
  • Search Job Listings
  • Automatic access upon registration
  • Upload / Attach Image to their CV/resume
  • Career advice and newsletters

The online Employer, with services such as:

  • Job Posting
  • Online Job Edit
  • Search Jobseekers
  • Automatic access upon registration
  • Upload / Attach Image to their profile

Is this site FREE?

Yes, we provide this service FREE to all Jobseekers. Employers will have to pay a small fee to list their job offers.

Our philosophy is simple.

We believe in the potential of an idea that can turn into a service that hundreds of thousands of ordinary Ugandans will use every day. We believe in each and everyone's potential to achieve happiness and success in their careers, and in their lives, as a result of that.

Our motto "Your Future Starts Here" steers us towards that ideal.

Nice site but i'm curious to know if you already a feature that allows logged in job seekers to view jobs by category, eg view only IT jobs or Manufacturing jobs.

I suggest that this jobs website gives a provision for someone uploading a CV other than restricting us to a particular format. It will save our time and companies should always be able to judge the CVs themselves. It's easier and cheaper. Remember we are always in internet cafes trying to use cafe services and at the same time we want to live!
